Andreas Cove Yacht Club's 30th Annual Franks Tract Regatta. This is ACYC'S annual club event. This race has been in existence for over 25 years and pits the best sailors of the Stockton Sailing Club against the very best sailors of the Andreas Cove Yacht Club!
This year's Frank's Tract Regatta:
Date: Saturday and Sunday August 29 & 30, 2009.
Location: ACYC ClubHouse at Owl Harbor.

Race Entry Fees: Keelboats $35.00 if received by July 1st; $40.00 after June 1st (USSA Members receive a 10% discount).
Events Include:
- Two day, three (or two) race regatta. The winning Club will have their name engraved on the Franks Tract Iron Tractor Trophy.
- We will follow the day of Racing with food and a "Movie Night" at the ClubHouse. See some of your favorite sailing movies with your friends both old and new. Who won't watch "Captain Ron" just one more time?
Race and Event Headquarters: Owl Harbor Yacht Harbor, 1200 West Brannan Isl. Rd., Isleton, CA., 95641 (916.777.6055). Berthing available with advance notice by phone. On the San Joaquin River on SevenMile Slough at channel marker light #41.
Owl Harbor Amenities Include: Showers and Rest Rooms, RV & Tent Camping, Mature Shade Trees and lots of green grassy areas to relax and unwind. ACYC offers PICYA reciprocal berthing to qualified guests.
Registration: Open to sailboats (certified Cruiser Class ONLY).
Awards: Open PHRF (all boats entered), 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place awards and the winning yacht club in cruiser class will take home the coveted Franks Tract Iron Tractor Trophy to be held for the year.
Cruiser Classes Only: Large (PHRF 0-169), Medium (PHRF 170-204), and Small (PHRF 205-up) Cruiser class boats must be certified for this event this year.
Rules: Current YRA (NCPPHRF) rules will apply as modified by ACYC for this event only.
Races: Multiple races will be held on Saturday.
Saturday Schedule:
- 0900 hours - Skippers Meeting at the ACYC Clubhouse.
- 1000 hours - First Shape and the Race begins
- 1400 hours - Second Race (approximate time)
- 1600 hours - Third Race (approximate time if conditions allow)
- 1830 hours - Dinner is Served.
